Attention Parents!

Please be sure to check your child’s backpack for information about the Patton Middle School 2010 Cookie Dough Fundraiser. Students can turn in orders first thing in the morning in the cafeteria on Tuesday, November 23 and on Tuesday, November 30. Otis Spunkmeyer Ready-to-Bake Cookie Dough Snacks & More can then be picked up from the school from 2:30 – 6 pm on Monday, December 20th.   Sales benefit the school’s Activity Fund. As always, participation is voluntary.

Canned Food Drive

It is time for the Canned Food drive again. Please donate any non perishable food item. Your donations will go to the Kennett Food Cupboard and the food will benefit needy people in our community. You can bring in donations until December 10th. Just place them in the collection bins in each primetime.  Please donate to help those who aren't as fortunate.

Student Activity/User Fees

The Unionville–Chadds Ford School District has formed a committee to investigate the topic of student activity and user fees. Ultimately this committee will make recommendations to the Board regarding the future fee structure for students to participate in activities and/or athletics. New Traffic Patterns

Due to the construction at the high school, traffic patterns will change for the 2010-2011 school year for both the high school and middle school. Summer Poetry Contest

Justine magazine is offering your aspiring teen poets the chance to express themselves. As we roll into the summer, don't let valuable teen minds turn to mush! Encourage your teen poets to enter Justine's "Just a Poet" contest! Teens can submit an original work of poetry, no longer than 30 lines, between now and August 15th and be entered to win the chance to be published in Justine magazine and on the Spark Book Club Website! Patton Field Day - Volunteers Needed!

Attention Patton Parents - Volunteers Needed! Patton Middle School Field Day will be held on Tuesday, June 15th (rain date June 16th). Because of the number of different stations and groups of students, the Gym and Health teachers need up to 100 parent volunteers to help make this day a success. Volunteer times are either in the morning from 8:30 to 11:30 or in the afternoon from 11:30 to 2:30. You are also welcome to volunteer for the entire day.
