We're Cooking in FCS!

We had a cultural demonstration in FCS recently as Mrs. Shin, mother of 8th grader Zack Shin, taught students how to make homemade dumplings! All ingredients were purchased in Chinatown. Students filled the wrappers and then we fried and steamed the dumplings. It was a lot of fun and yummy! Check out the tasty photos right here!
