Patton Tower Gardens
Mr Hisler and Ms Ballard are happy and proud to announce the installation of the Tower Gardens, the next phase of the FCS Garden Initiative at Patton Middle School. You won't be able to miss them as there is one in each cafeteria and one in the FCS cooking lab. Just watch them grow, as they will be yielding fresh lettuce and herbs within a month. Current FCS students helped to build, check the PH balance and move each of the units in place. Enjoy the sound of gentle rain and the Medusa lighting system which help our gardens to grow aeroponically!

MLK Day of Service
As part of our Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service, we will be collecting items to help residents of the Domestic Violence Center of Chester County and Family Promise of Southern Chester County. You may have noticed that we have Giant Food Store shopping carts located at the main office entrance and the Route 82 entrance. We are asking everyone to please consider donating items listed here. Our hope is to fill these shopping carts with donated items by the end of this week, and then fill them again at the end of next week. Then, on January 15, we are asking for volunteers to join us here at school from 9:00 - 11:00 AM to help sort, box and deliver all of the collected items. Sign up today to volunteer!
