Don't forget that Thursday, May 25th will be the last day for the after school activities bus and after school library hours.

Writers Day Books!

Patton is excited to invite a variety of authors to our school on Writers Day, May 1st. In efforts to expose our students to a variety of authors presenting to our students, books are available for purchase. Planner Cover Contest!

The Patton Planner Cover Contest starts on April 25th and ends on May 9th. The contest is open to all 6th and 7th grade students. Use the 2016-2017 planner as a guide. Submit your original designs to Mrs. Ferron or Mrs. Schultz. Winners will be chosen by the art teachers and team leaders and announced closer to the end of school. There will be three pieces of artwork chosen, a Planner front cover, Planner back cover and Patton Hawks Postcard. You may enter more then once! Good Luck!

May Art After School

Sign ups for Art After School in May begin this week! Join Mrs. Ferron in the art room and outside to make your own amazing basket! Classes start on May 9th, more information is right here.

We Love Clay!

6th grade students at Patton got really dirty last week with our newly purchased "Shimpo Pug Mill". We had lots of fun recycling clay to prepare for the upcoming Red clay house unit.

Adopt A Garden!

An exciting opportunity for the UCFSD students and their families!! Save Money, get fresh vegetables and help others in need this summer! The Family and Consumer Science program at CFPMS built 22 raised beds and constructed 2 greenhouses all with grant monies raised by the FCS department. The beds will be planted in the coming months, but when summer comes we will need YOUR help to maintain them and and get us ready for this coming school year. Adopt our Garden Beds for a week or more and help us water, harvest and deliver to the Food Bank. It is a win-win proposition for all. Art After School

Art After School with Mrs. Ferron is Celebrate Spring in April by learning to weave a basket! Weaving is relaxing and very rewarding. It’s the perfect activity after a day of testing! Weather permitting we will be outside for this session. Click here for more details.
